Terms & digital-product policy

Digital products

Useful Detour sells downloadable digital resources. Product pages state the price, file type, page count, compatibility, printing requirements, delivery method, and license before purchase. No physical item is shipped unless a listing explicitly says otherwise.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Access to the purchased file will be provided after successful payment. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address and retaining their download.

Personal-use license

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. The customer may print copies for their own use. Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, sublicensed, uploaded to shared drives, used as templates for resale, or presented as the customer’s own work.

Refunds and access problems

Because digital files cannot be returned, completed downloads are generally not refundable merely because of a change of mind. This does not limit rights required by applicable law. If a file is defective, inaccessible, duplicated, or materially different from its listing, email hello@getusefuldetour.com with the order email and a description of the problem so it can be reviewed.

Educational boundaries

Useful Detour resources are educational and organizational. They are not therapy, medical care, crisis support, or legal, financial, or other professional advice. No specific result is promised.

Intellectual property

The website, brand, copy, artwork, and original product content are owned by Useful Detour or used with permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
